Ciao a tutti, ho il permesso di studio A e sto programmando di tornare a casa durante le vacanze invernali, ma sono un po’ confuso riguardo al limite di soggiorno di 90/180 giorni.

Ma indica solo i dettagli sul viaggio/soggiorno all’interno della zona Schengen e non al di fuori dell’UE. Qualcuno può aiutarmi a capire o condividere un collegamento esatto che potrebbe contenere dettagli rilevanti per il mio caso, ho navigato attraverso parecchi collegamenti Migri e non sono riuscito a trovarne uno. Is the 90 days out 180 days travel limit exclusive to Schengen Zone or any travel outside of Finland?

Finland doesn’t care where you travel, you just get to travel in the Schengen area for 90 days because you’re a RP holder. If you want to go anywhere else, the entry rules of that country apply to you according to your citizenship.
“You may travel outside Finland if your current residence permit is valid until you return to Finland.”
As far as Finland is concerned, for re-entry into Finland, only the validity of the residence card at time of return matters. If you want to go to a non-schengen country, you can go as long as you like.*

The bit about Schengen meant that your Finnish residence permit allows you to travel visa-free in Schengen for 90 days in 180. (For people from countries that normally require Schengen visas, your Finnish residence permit overrides this requirement)
Please be aware, if you were to violate the 90/180 rule, one of the possible consequences is a Schengen entry ban, which is also grounds for revocation of residence permit… You don’t want that
(*If you remain outside Finland for a period of two years, your permit is revoked for non-residency)
