Call doubt on the word: beginning, I think it is continuing and is sicking!
Forcing your occupied civilians to fight against their own people is beyond depraved.
It feels bizarre upvoting stories like this. I have to remind myself that I’m endorsing reporting about war crimes, not the war crimes themselves.
Lets face it, Ukrainians living in the occupied territories are much more likely, given the circumstance, to simply turn the weapons against them. They know they’ll be sent on meat way assaults, so better to give their life to hurt the enemy!

I hope a few of them stay true to their Ukrainian heritage and turn the weapons on the Russians and take as many out before they take him out. No way in hell would I show loyalty to an invader no way. I’m gonna die so are you. Russians are dogs nothing more.

This is Russia’s mo. They invade and make the invaded civilian men fight against their own country and then displace the rest of the civilians to the eastern part of Russia while populating the invaded territory with Russians and then have votes and elections saying that they all voted for being in Russia.
They did that on day one of the attack on Ukraine. Literally signed an order to do that
