Normal paprika or hot one depending on taste, baked in owen (or better yet, “grilled”)
hungarian wax pepper is my best bet
It’s the kind of paprikas we eat, it can be as spicy as a chilli or have a similar taste to a bell pepper. Still my favourite time of paprika.
That is roasted/baked pepper. It is usually spicy but it doesn’t have to be.
You haven’t seen it in Finland probably because it is not grown there.
You can use any pepper that is the most resembling to the one in the picture
And it is not crucial for the dish, it is more of a garnish than the main course
