      RIP. One of the few who genuinely cared about people. There was no ego about her. Everything was focused on helping those most in need of her help.

      If there is an up there, her and someone else who died recently, Brother Kevin, got up there immediately. RIP

      Very sad news for the country. Sr Stan was an absolute powerhouse of a social advocate. We’re all worse off without her but at least her legacy lives on with Focus, the Sanctuary, Young Social Innovators and the Immigrant Council.

      Sr. Stan was one of the few religious figures in Ireland that I respected, her work was tireless, and surely she has earned her rest. RIP.

      Rest in peace. Herself, Bro Kevin and Peter McVerry have done a lot for the marginalised.

      She gave me mince pudding an and Bailey’s cream at a meeting at Xmas time. Such a legend a great presence to be around .
      Is there a date for the funeral yet ?
