Questo è l’indice dei prezzi delle case di Malta. In poche parole, i prezzi degli immobili sono esplosi tra il 2004 e il 2008, poi hanno subito una deriva e sono scesi leggermente intorno al 2008/9 a causa del crollo internazionale, ma più tardi, nel 2014, sono letteralmente aumentati. Va avanti ormai da più di 10 anni.
Pensi che questo sia sostenibile un giorno, presto raggiungeremo il massimo e la bolla scoppierà? O no?!!!!! Cosa ne pensi?

My bad for not buying a house when I was 4 damm.
If we were any other country I would say yes, but what is the difference between us and any other place is the limited space we have, so personally no I don’t think so unless all foreigners leave malta overnight… if that doesn’t happen, which lets be frank will not, than pricing will continue rising.

Honestly at this point I don’t even care.
We have a government that is celebrating a literal loss and instead of trying to get money for our country, is happy we owe 5 million.
