1.25 is the Recommended Retail/Sale Price, retailers don’t have to take that Recommendation.

Still, makes them look like see you next Tuesdays.

All these “club card” type schemes are the same. You need to sign up and let them track your purchasing habits in order to have the privelige of paying the normal price.

Non-member prices are increased to pressure people.

This a probably just a mistake by a staff member this offer is for the 160 gram bag as can seen on the poster while the flashed items are 140g.

It’s the wrong Product, the Flashed Bags (the ones with prices) are 140g the non-flashed bag are 160g. the sign says the offer is for the 160g. Staff member put out the wrong product.

    5. This is why I don’t care about these deals any more and instead I am simply avoiding buying non essential products as much as I can.

Lots of bullshit is pushed to you in everything and the best thing you can do is don’t play it. When they introduced deposit scheme on bottles, I simply stopped buying beer and drinks.

Did you noticed how price fixing is now called price matching and that makes it perfectly OK ?

They’re just stating a fact. It is indeed 4 for €5.

Playing devils advocate. The bags on the price poster don’t appear to have that price label on them.

Realistically someone should have pointed out that since the bags in the display have an actual price on them, and it can’t be argued that price is a genuine mistake, they need to get rid of that sign.
