Il Fondo umanitario Lorik lancia il fondo per borse di studio “Aznavour Saghyan”.

Great, meagre organization fundraising to buy homes in Lori for Artsakh refugees. 13 homes were provided so far. They also fund medical bills and whatnot on the side. It is ran by ARF members.

They say they monitor applicants for fraud. The refugees live on the property on behest of Lorik H.F.; and only after a decade passes, the ownership is transferred over.

Any of those found with a second hidden property will be kicked out; as has happened before.
