With names like that, you know exactly why they didn’t allow the dog in… Poor woman. They actively avoid dogs and believe they are unclean. So so pleased they lost their licenses!!
Good for Bradford Council for enforcing the license terms.
I hope the lady and her assistance dog aren’t abandoned again under the same circumstances.
