I don’t think I’ve seen any place selling live carp in last 10-15 years.
Let me spend 3 hours eating a plate of fish that tastes like mud because it has 300 fishbones that will kill you if you take any less time eating it, no thanks lol
Most likely it’s not.
My parents and I have never had a carp in our bathtub, my grandparents on the other hand lol 🤣 my grandpa insists it’s a must. Also, I don’t know anyone else who still practises it.
In the early 2000’s, my grandparents had TWO live carps in a bathtub, but since this were the first christmas without grab grandpa, who died a year earlier, nobody had the heart to kilk them.
Somehow, they survived in that bathtub for half a year.
