Get your perspective, was a nice venue for underground parties too, but if this is done right its long overdue tbh, more value for more people.
The ‘done right’ part is key, and I’m not super hopeful to be honest. Unless proven otherwise, going to assume this is going to be a typical labour friends of friends enriching money sink
