      Italy > russia

the “freethinkers” that want to ditch the collective EU in favor of a single economy smaller than Italy are really the top minds of our time 😀

Another Eu-country-grouping to add to the collection.

Worth noting that there’s no central Europe in this one.

Cool diagram, but uhm… Could we put Euros as the main print and dolars as the fine print?

The Euro is far more important, at least in the European context. It is also gaining importance as a global currency with the US being in such bad shape

Ehm, anybody notice the grouping of countries? since when is the Warsaw Pact still alive and a basis for aggregating countries? And since when is the EU a non-entity in this kind of statistic, when there is a just minor, you know, thing called the Single Market? Is this a really Voronoi diagram or some kind of mindgame? Politics aside, it may be visually appealing but what does it tell us about today’s European reality?

Since when is the UK Northern Europe? We failed at Stamford Bridge in 1066 you know.

    6. Make one block with central Europe.
Only member being Germany and Austria.

Move the baltics and Finland to the eastern block.

And you have a more or less equal share in each

Why has the UK in recent years become so much larger than France?? Historically they’ve always been fairly equal?

If this is the European GDP, why are the amounts shown in American dollars rather than Euros?

How did UK get so far ahead of France? This is a genuine question not me trolling
