FETÖ was a religiously motivated terrorist organization that had infiltrated the Turkish state, most likely with CIA support. Its leader, Fethullah Gülen, directed the organization from the United States. After Erdoğan came to power, the group spread throughout all levels of the government with his early support. They falsely accused, fabricated evidence against, and imprisoned people in the legal system, administration and military; those they couldn’t imprison were targeted with assassinations. see: Ergenekon Davaları
In 2013, they fell out with Erdoğan, and in 2016, the factions of the military they had infiltrated attempted a coup. During the coup, the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and police stations that did not support FETÖ were bombed by fighter jets. 251 people died. After the coup attempt failed, the organization’s leaders, known internally as “imams” “brothers” and “sisters”, fled the country.
Girl doesn’t look like a Feto supporter.
Feto supporters are religious bunch, they would never wear such clothes.
But of course, despite having a different ideology some people might join such organizations just for benefits too. It is so common in turkey.
