Seems the valentia observatory is down but had some insanely high figure for whatever reason. I presume whatever weight it has on the map is giving it that blob over everything else.

Looks like a faulty monitor in Caherciveen, which is now offline. Monitors in Tralee and Kilarney are showing good readings
