B2B: earn more, pay yourself stuff (days off, insurance, vacation et similia)
UoP to me looks like legalized robbery.
B2B for a single ‘employer’ should be illegal, and then maybe everyone’s tax burden could be reduced. Very high taxes on employment means there is a ceiling for salaries in Poland and once a certain level is reached everyone is offered B2B, but at the expense of their rights and benefits.
FYI if you are employed in Poland, your employer pays more for you than if you were on the same salary in the UK, significantly so.
