Non sono sicuro che assomigli alla banitsa dei tuoi ragazzi, ma era davvero gustosa. Ma qualcuno ha consigli per la conservazione? L’ho conservato in frigorifero quando ho smesso di mangiare, ma ora non è più croccante/sfaldato come prima. è comunque buonissimo ma voi lo mangiate tutto in una volta?

Looks good at first glance. But it is eaten with hand – no forks. If you need a fork to eat it, it’s not banitsa.
As a Bulgarian I see this cheese brand for the first time
Great job. Usually it’s a family meal, so not too much left. I store in an airtight container in the fridge and it helps.

you can try to sprinkle it with some water and put it in the oven to reheat. i do it with bread and baguettes, and it works, idk if it will work for banitsa
