I’d say the bacon style and the eggs, bacon, toast layout. That’s considered typical American breakfast.

I think the fries and the salad, though those really aren’t American breakfast things.
Fried potatoes are common for breakfast, but more commonly lightly pan-fried chunks of potato. Salad is uncommon at breakfast, except for fruit salads (chunks of mixed fruit, sometimes with a sprinkle of sugar).
A more common “American breakfast” as served in America would be two meats (got that one with the bacon AND sausage), eggs, a sweetbread (pancakes, waffles, French toast) or toast or a biscuit, hashed potatoes, possibly with onions and bell peppers, and fresh fruit.
That’s not an everyday thing – it’s a big event restaurant thing.

Hotel breakfast types: Continental – bread, pastry cereal, maybe a boiled egg at most in terms of freshly cooked food; American – egg, meat, potato (hash brown, fries in this case) toast and pancake/waffle (replaced with salad?!); English – egg, meat, toast, beans, mushrooms, tomato.

We don’t eat salad with a breakfast plate like that. Some kind of fruit is far more common. Fries are rare too, that would be hash browns most of the time.
