100% scam.
Most likely sending you an Email with a fake payment confirmation prompting you to enter some data.
If they’re willing to do that for only 25€ instead of simply asking for your PayPal adress and you getting a confirmation from PayPal that a payment has arrived, stay away.

Yeah it’s a scam. I’ve sold my stuff on Kleineinzeigen and it didn’t look like that.

They want your credit card data, and possibly your money. The “Käuferdaten” you are sent are a phishing link.
