Quindi c’è questa mappa dei paesi che presumibilmente hanno vietato la bollitura delle aragoste vive e volevo sapere quanto fosse vero per la Norvegia poiché queste mappe non sono a dir poco affidabili.

    So già che non è vero per il Regno Unito, ma l’unica informazione che sono riuscito a trovare a riguardo è Wikipedia che afferma che è “limitato” e la sua fonte è un articolo di MelMagazine che menziona esattamente la stessa cosa in una frase senza fonte.

    Conosco anche le restrizioni sulla pesca dell’aragosta dal sito web della direzione norvegese della pesca, ma non sono riuscito a trovare informazioni sui metodi di cottura.

    (scusa se me l’hanno chiesto prima, non sono riuscito a trovare un post a riguardo tramite la scheda di ricerca)

      Authorities state that it’s illegal, but a legal loophole that allows crustaceans like shrimp to be boiled alive seems to also apply to lobsters.

      It’s not hard, and there is NO difference in taste.

    4. I couldnt do it. Was in france and there were living lobsters in the supermarket.. love the taste, but could not put a living creature into boiling water
