Why would you need an Ausbildung? You already know everything. You even have certifications and all.

How about an Umschulung to nurse or plumber instead?

You might want to improve your German though so you can follow the curriculum, because it’s exclusively in German.

Also can you prove that you are needed? Is your chosen field in anyway lacking applicants? Are you worth the hassle for the company over a young, trainable local that will stay with the company for years?

    Reasons:
Informationoverload, wall of text, mediocre design.

B1 German is a big part of it. The rest is that you’re overqualified for an Ausbildung.
They are primarily looking for a 16/17-year old that they can train and that will continue to work for them after.

Not someone who is just trying to move to Germany through them just to jump ship as soon as they can.

You need to find a job or try a Bachelor’s.

It seems you want to do IT?

Well an Ausbildung is for people without knowledge or skills in that area, the Ausbildung is teaching you that.

The IT market is fucked at the moment and for the remaining places you compete with native speaking people, who don’t need a Visa. B1 is not cutting it, especially for IT.

You are overqualified and at the same time underqualified.

    * IT Ausbildung positions are rather competitive, just like any other IT related job right now
    * They are even more competitive for people outside the country or don’t speak the language like a native
    * Normally an Ausbildung is not for someone with 3 years of experience. People who have the job experience but need a certification would just take the external exam or find a way to get the certificate through their current employer

Let me guess, you arent an EU citizen and want to go for an IT apprenticeship based on that resume?
Then the answer is easy, you arent worth the hassle. And it’s not about your qualifications, though you are basically overqualified for a trainings programm which is intended for kids who just finished school.
IT apprenticeships are in high demand and can usually be filled by German or at least EU citizens who do not require a work permit.
