Confirming that it was an oil terminal and oil transfer apparatus that was targeted and likely hit. I suspect satellite images will be needed to confirm the extent of the damage.
But that fire had to screw up many things, looking forward for the final tally!
Good work on hitting the facilities.
When russia says a civilian ship was struck at that port, I am thinking shadow fleet, not innocent bystanders…. if it even happened at all.
