The devil is in the details… What is defined as glorification of nazism?

Looks like a Russia proposed motion in order to make Ukraine look bad.

You need to explain what’s in this draft resolution and why it was tabled. Just sharing the title is not sufficient.

This is a resolution presented by Russia. The Russians use it as a vehicle to push their narrative on Ukraine (i.e. that they are fighting nazism there, and that their war is therefore justified). This is why all Western Countries (including EU27) vote against it. Happy to give further details if of interest – I worked on this resolution at the UN.

Not just our government, but the majority of Europe altogether it seems.

I think we’re missing some context since I can hardly believe a country like Germany wouldn’t be wary of voting against something like that, solely based on the title of the vote itself. I tried looking for more intel about it, but don’t directly find anything.

Can you perhaps share more about the full context? Or did you just post this based on the picture/title alone?

  6. Because it’s a bill filled with vague statements issued by Russia to help them justify the Ukranian war etc

OP is such a good sample of the type of hive mind going on nowadays with trigger words linked to virtue signaling… so easy to manipulate people nowadays with those, sad times.
