Where is housing? Without proper housing I don’t see that there will be any progress for people. Maybe only for rich people.

With deeper integration, Europe becomes a superpower. It has the people, the tech and the money. Already the second economy of the world even in its current state. It’s time to complete the Union 🇪🇺.
Speed up Draghi’s reforms.

I feel like these conclusions are already widely acknowledged and there is a consensus on that these are indeed the things that need to happen (see also Draghi report). What are concrete steps that are in execution currently?

Hence why it will never happen while Russian and American influence holds sway. It doesn’t help that DE/FR would gladly screw others over for a free lunch. The EU also doesn’t make it any easier, constantly seeking enlargment while not fixing the broken veto system.

The IMF is a deeply neoliberal organization and the EU is a neoliberal project. I don’t think their assessment should hold any weight. Economics are not a science, since the focus of their calculations are strongly ideologically biased. Many countries have been hurt by following IMF advice and many have performed well by disregarding it, whenever they were in a position to do so without being hurt by sanctions and aid witholdings.

Personally I’m not too fond of the “Removing barriers to labour mobility”. I’d rather not to have to uproot for a job. This is something popular in America, judging by it’s pop culture, not sure how prevalent it is in reality.
What would be a “removal of all remaining barriers to labor mobility” if not a return to the Bolkenstein doctrine? This is absolutely unacceptable to western states as the gaps in standard of living are still way too important not to result in general social dumping.
As for objective #1, it mght be easily written in here but it will be the hardest to reach.

“Globalist neoliberals suggest Globalist neoliberalism”
Deeper integration of what?
