    Irish food safety chiefs are now looking at whether to test groceries for the “forever chemical” TFA after recent research found high levels in some wheat-based breakfast cereals and bread bought here. It’s a persistent PFAS that builds up in the environment, and EU watchdogs are still setting safety limits but for now regulators say the levels found aren’t a risk to kids.  Start Testing now

    Fuck me, PFAs are everywhere, cookware, clothing, carpets, nail varnish. Literally unavoidable poison. The food chain is saturated with those.

    Just avoid wheat products until the products are properly tested and regulated.
