I can’t really see if its there or not, I mean it looks like it since there are red jars, but if they have Zacusca you should try it. It’s a spread made of roasted peppers and other autumn veggies. It’s so good.

On the right it seems to be the Finland nostalgia sector including the tinned meatballs in brown sauce by Jalostaja. Used to eat that with spaghetti, ketchup and mayo as a kid. Sorry, Italy, didn’t know any better.
There’s also tins of pickled cukes and picled beets which are always great, and also salted and cubed forest mushroom mix which you can use to make sienisalaatti (mushroom salad, typically shrooms, onion, parsley and your choice of dairy/sour dairy/mayo mix).

The gulasz angielski in the krakus tins. Get some nice crusty loaf, toasted, butter, spread a good layer of the meat on it, add a dash of Maggi and spread it across the meat, add finely diced or sliced red onion, freshly ground black pepper. It is unreal.

If they’ve got Polish kabanosy, grab a small pack and eat them slightly chilled with some mustard. Weirdly addictive. Also, any random Croatian ajvar brand is usually solid.
The Granini juice is nice, as is the Dr. Oetker cake mix a little to the right of the juice

Zakwas na żurek – sour rye soup starter. That grey stuff in a bottle.
Fry some smoked sausage cut into cubes with chopped onions, add stock, potatoes and carrots in big chunks. When cooked, add the bottle of the starter, some garlic, marjoram, salt, pepper, and bring to boil. Should have the consistency between soup and stew. Serve with hard boiled eggs, sour cream and a slice of sourdough bread.
