    they were gathering ideas and someone said: “My grandma always said this when it would rain in the spring or summer.”

    First I thought it might come form one of the more recent children rhyme books, but probably is more historical (I have never heard it or read about it myself, till today)
    supposedly also a tongue-twister, albeit it would be one of the very easy ones
