      As long ad the first part is somewhat readable, the second part is not, maybe try to take a Pen and go over the most „visible” parts of the washed out text to then maybe piece together the words?

      Take a photo of this paper on a window, to light up washed parts. There are lines, but need more light to be visible.

      Whatever this says the meaning is clear:
      1) The person is crazy
      2) They want to unilaterally break all agreements they made

      Imho this is a poem. Someone has put their emotions on paper

      I think it might be the case of reusing a paper to write something else, as top half of the message is intact and I would assume it would be washed like the bottom one as well.

      First part reads like a quick scribble about termination of the contract, either to not forget or as a form of cheat sheet for exam.

      Bottom one is too washed to be 100% sure of the intent, but my bet is that it originally was a summary of some sort of physical trauma that appeared in consequence of a spine injury.
