      Thank god it’s midterm and there were no kids around to see it, that would be pretty traumatic.

      Detectives checked CCTV in the area and the scene was technically examined before the hand was removed for a forensic examination.”

      So ai assume the CCTV shows the bird dropping it, which is why they know the time and the fact it was a bird? CCTV proving useful.

      Without knowing the context of what’s happened and who the hand belongs to, the slew of jokes people are making seem quite crass and tasteless. Grow up folks, empathy doesn’t cost anything.
