No. Croatia became dejure part of eea in 2013 on July the first when joined the EU.
It adopted euro and joined schengen zone in 2023 after ten years.

This doesn’t mean anything. Croatia was a de facto member of the EEA since joining the EU in 2013.
It just means that all the members ratified the accession agreement by now.
