Is there some financial incentive to buy an electric car in Denmark? Numbers are surprisingly high in comparison to Germany.

I’d love to buy an EV but in the UK it’s not cheap even for the cheapest, plus insurance companies often don’t cover the battery on insurance without an expensive add on. I’d love better adoption of EVs (I know lithiums a rare earth element and it causes environmental damage mining it, but so does mining for oil etc) plus it has the extra benefit of if it’s charged by green energy, we’re not paying Russia for barrels of oil, that brings a quicker end to the atrocities committed in Ukraine.

But does EV infrastructure catch up?

There was always the excuse of “can’t build it with this few ev owners, not viable”.

Not EV are rapidly rising, but you see and hear very little about EV infrastructure.
