Needs a lot more than that. If we truly want to switch to EV the whole grid will require upgrading. Personally I would want to see renationalisation first because why should we as tax payers be paying to upgrade infrastructure for private company profits? They should be paying for this out of the profits as it’s an investment for them. What is the actual point in privatisation?
