
Da quello che ho letto, hanno una forza lavoro di circa 4000 persone, ovvero il 10% della loro forza lavoro totale scomparirà entro la fine dell’anno, e con l’attuale mercato del lavoro in Finlandia…
Oggi sono passato davanti a un negozio Elisa e tutti i lavoratori sembravano così tesi e demotivati che avrebbero potuto tagliare la tensione con un coltello da pane

Those 3 times i had to set foot in an Elisa store, I wasn’t exactly overwhelmed with attentive customer service, so probably not much lost
BTW, can anyone explain to me why they have 2.000!!! people employed outside Finland?!
They employ 4700 so its not 10% it is 8,5%. Huge diference.
It sounds radical yes, but you have to ask yourself; how often do you even see the stores being crowded? People barely visit these stores anymore so you have to ask how many of them do you actually even need? Elisa isn’t a charity.
